I am just starting out and well currently I don’t have a good space for my ants since I’m inbetween staying at my grandma’s and possibly living on my own but I have this bug collecting seethrough wooden square which the lid is airtight and I can possibly bore a hole through. I live in Blaricum, Netherlands. I also wanted to know if I can use something else than a test tube to temporarily house my ant queens in. There is possibly a lot of plastic things that I can reuse as an ant nest but I wanted to know if there were other possible easy diy ant nests or if this is unsafe.
    Thank you

You can use a Y-tong nest.
